Dr. Heron Rodriguez is an admired educator who is a member of the Residency Advisory Committee and serves as the team education coordinator of the vascular surgery team at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He has been awarded the “Excellence in Teaching Award” as well as the “Outstanding Teacher in 2009-2010 Surgery Clerkship Award.” He has given nearly 60 presentations, both nationally and internationally, as well as having coauthored over 20 book chapters on various vascular surgery topics.
