Dr. Aref’s practice concentrates on cataract and glaucoma surgical therapies. He completed glaucoma fellowship training at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Dr. Aref has authored more than thirty peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and is also a reviewer for several peer-reviewed medical journals. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, The American Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and The American Glaucoma Society.
