Dr. Needham is the recipient of numerous prestigious teaching awards, including Family Medicine Educator of the Year by the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. Most recently, he was the Residency Program Director for Family Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. He has received several Outstanding Teacher awards as well as the Bronze Program Director’s Award from the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors.
